3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You may use Hazelon for lawful legal research purposes. You may not scrape, reverse engineer, or redistribute our data or services. API access is subject to rate limits as defined in your subscription plan.
5. Intellectual Property
Legal judgments and orders indexed by Hazelon are public documents. Our analysis, section-wise breakdowns, and AI-generated insights are proprietary. You may cite our analysis with attribution.
6. Disclaimer
Hazelon is a research tool, not a substitute for professional legal advice. While we strive for accuracy (<0.2% false citation rate), we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Always verify critical legal references independently.
7. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your billing period. We offer a 14-day free trial for all plans. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
